Our Process
We offer multiple levels of services to fit every home and budget. We like to start every project with a detailed consultation to understand our clients' needs and goals. From there, we can create a customized staging plan to transform your space to it's full potential. We take care of everything from furniture rental to final touches, so our clients can sit back and relax.
Our Team
Dani works hard to make every client feels comfortable, exclusive, and informed. While she takes on the creative side of the process, her team also consists of careful and considerate movers, installers, and handymen that will help ease the heavy lifting for each client. Together, we are passionate about making each space beautiful, efficient and successful.

Staging Consultation
We work with your sellers to create an inviting look for the home using their own furnishings to maximize efficiency. At this consultation we will walk the home, room by room with your client, to provide suggestions on how to stage and style each area in order to welcome the most amount of buyers.
Photography Prep
We help to take the stress out of photography day for both you and your sellers. We arrive with plenty of time before the scheduled photography shoot to help ease the day-of stresses for your clients. Our last-minute styling will ensure a smooth process and sparkling photos.
Vacant Home Staging Install
Our team will stage your listing to make it look inviting and lived-in, giving buyers a glimpse of what living in the space could feel like. We can provide a full install and furniture rental so that your listing consistently grabs the attention of buyers for photos, open houses, and showings alike.

We can provide suggestions for the best accessories in order to enhance your current furnishings, style, and the overall atmosphere of your home. This can include suggestions on the perfect pillows, bedding, throws, built-in bookcase styling and more. We can even help with decorating for an event or holiday to create your desired aesthetic.
